Shipping

All FG Paws orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our partner warehouse in the Netherlands, a specialist pet-supplies facility — usually within 1–2 business days of your order.

Shipping cost

We charge exactly what it costs us to ship from the Netherlands — no inflated handling, no padding. Your rate is calculated by destination at checkout. VAT is included in all product prices.

We don't run a free-shipping threshold — instead we keep the rate honest and exactly at cost. You're never quietly subsidising someone else's shipping in the product price.

Delivery times

Once your order is dispatched (1–2 business days), typical delivery:

These are typical times. Public holidays and weather can extend them. If your parcel takes longer than the top of the range, write to info@fgpaws.com and we'll chase it.

Tracking

The moment your parcel leaves the warehouse, you'll get an email with a tracking link.

Where we ship

We ship to all 27 EU member states. We don't currently ship to the UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, or outside Europe.

Order changes

You can change or cancel within 2 hours of ordering, while it's still in the queue. After that the parcel is usually already picked — accept delivery and use our 30-day return policy. Reply to your order confirmation or write to info@fgpaws.com with your order number.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and email info@fgpaws.com — we'll arrange a replacement or refund, usually same day.
